Hello and Happy New Year!

At the turn of each sun cycle, I get excited to sneak away to the desert, mountains, or forest, to recap, reset, and start freshhh on a strong footing.

In one short year, we accumulate thousands of experiences, stories, perspectives, interactions, and more, which most tend to live under the surface, unprocessed and unapplied.

Unless we take a clear, conscious look at them, we miss out on becoming better versions of ourselves, and instead, think of and refer to our outdated selves. The more in-step we are with the person we are becoming, the more fluid we can live, grow, and create the lives truly worth being excited about living.

Over the years I’ve tried different formats, and while some help, I’ve always felt them lacking here or there. So this year, I put together my own questions, as comprehensive as I can. It’s meant to be no-stone-unturned, not for the feint of heart. 162 questions to be exact. Because I personally love self work and growth, and I’m obsessed with questions and asking them.

Seeing a question, is seeing a door appear.

Asking it, is to open the door.

Inquiring, is to step through and discover what’s on the other side.

What’s on the other side may change everything.

I’ve broken the guide down in 2 parts; 2018 integrations, and 2019 intentions.

Part 1:

Uncover and process the multiple dimensions of a year

Part 2:

Architecting the blueprints for a life we want to live

Sections cover:

  • Buzzing on the Brain

  • Stepping into the Body

  • Digging into the Soul

  • Matters of the Heart

  • Doing the Work

  • Experiencing Experiences

  • Aligning to North Star

It’s created as Google Doc. Simply open it, go to File / Make A Copy and then it will be all yours to fill in.

Once again, this is not something to rush. Give yourself multiple days if needed and keep coming back bit by bit.

That’s it! If you would like to share any +/- feedback, I’d absolutely love to hear and use it to grow and refine this process.

Feel free to share this on the socials and to people who might get value out of this.
